Stretch exercises are an excellent method to prevent back pain because they stretch the muscles, joints, bones, etc., thus promoting fluid and blood circulation. Stretch exercises include shoulder shrug, triceps, arm, leg, trunk, torso, and other stretches. To prevent pain in the back, we can carry out a couple of exercises to assist you in stretching those muscles.
Beginning with the shoulders, stand put up. Rotate the shoulders in slow motion to the back up to ten counts.
Working the triceps:
Triceps muscles are the extensor muscles, which need extending to prevent tension. Stand erect, raise your arm (Right), and rest the tips of your fingers on the shoulder. (Right) Utilize your free hand and press it versus the opposite elbow. If possible, lower the fingers down the length of your back while pushing the elbow. Count to 8 and perform the same actions on the opposite side.
Next, extend the arms. You can stand set up while keeping your feet at shoulder length. Level the components and stretch them externally in sync with the shoulders.
Could you work that torso? Stand erect, keep your feet aligned with the shoulders, gradually turn (Beginning at the waist), and then stretch to one side. Stretch ahead and move your body in rotation to the opposite side. Extend back and around again to the opposite side. Continue on each side.
Work that trunk:
Stand erect, keep the feet the length of your shoulders and somewhat apart. Bend the knees slightly. Lock the fingers behind the head, and bend starting at the midsection, touching your right knee, joining it with the elbow on the right side.
Next, turn the upper body or trunk, rotate it to the left, and touch your left knee. Extend in reverse to you standing erect once again.
As soon as you stand erect, slightly move your feet apart and flex the knees somewhat. Lift your arms to the height of your shoulders and grip the hands while relying on the side, beginning at the midsection.
Hold, count to five and do the same on the opposite side. Next, keep the hips and legs motionless as you turn the upper area of your body.
Stand erect while extending the by far at the sides. Bend the knees somewhat and slowly raise the arm as far as you can reach over the head. Gradually glide the free arm, moving it down to the leg, and pull the arm so that it is over the head as high as you can reach.
Continue on the opposite side and do three reps.
